Christmas Fair
Saturday 29th November • 11.00am – 4.00pm
Please save the date for our fabulous Christmas Fair in the beautiful grounds and halls of King’s College School.
Enjoy some early Christmas cheer with children’s choirs singing carols, specialist stalls selling festive gifts and handpicked food vendors offering a tantalising array of sweet and savoury snacks, hot dishes and drinks.
There is plenty more entertainment on offer with indoor and outdoor games, from Pin the Tail on the Donkey for younger children to Last Man Standing for more energetic visitors. Enjoy Christmas craft activities such as decorating your very own gingerbread man ornament or adding some festive flair to a delicious cupcake.
The Fair is the perfect occasion for some Christmas shopping with more than 80 stalls selling Christmas ornaments and gifts, books, jewellery, clothes, decor objects, fine food and wine.
The Fair officially opens at 11am. But do join us earlier to cheer on our rugby teams playing against St John’s, Leatherhead. Our 13A, 13B and 13C teams are playing at 9.30am and our 1st XV team at 11.30am.
We cannot wait to welcome you and share the festive fun and joyful atmosphere of the Christmas Fair!
With thanks to our sponsors

Donations
Alongside the Christmas market stalls, we have several stalls that are run by parents and pupils – and for these we rely on your generosity in donating bottles, books, chocolate, gifts, toys, winter sports wear, pre-loved musical instruments and for the first time Christmas jumpers.
There will be collection points at the main school entrances from
17th to 26th November 2025
Toys – in perfect condition for the very popular toy tombola
Chocolate – any type of chocolate (no nuts) for the equally popular chocolate tombola
Bottles – all kinds of bottles needed for the bottle tombola
Gifts – New, unopened gifts in perfect condition that children can buy in the secret bazaar where adults are not allowed. Please donate presents suitable for adults and siblings
Pre-loved winter sportswear – in good condition for children from six years old up to 18. Please don’t donate helmets or boots
Pre-loved musical instruments – please get in touch if you have an instrument, which is no longer being used that you would like to donate to be sold at the Fair. This is a new initiative where we hope to help re-home unwanted instruments
Christmas Jumpers – Bring in any pre-loved Christmas jumpers, in good condition from ages 6+
Volunteers
The Friends of King’s Christmas Fair is a real community event, to be enjoyed not only by pupils, their families and friends, but also by people who live in our neighbourhood.
But we depend on parents giving their time beforehand and on the day to make our Fair the success for everyone that it has become. So please sign up to some time-slots for Saturday, November 29, both in your year group and under general help.
We hope you will also consider joining the Christmas Fair committee next year and getting involved in the preparation and fun behind the scenes!
If you are a vendor and would like to apply for a stall at the fair, please get in touch for details. The next round of applications close on April 30, 2026
