Vallebona Chocolate Panettone with Wool Pompom 500g

Artisan panettone handmade by a small family producer based in Turin, using their secret family recipe that has been guarded and passed down from generation to generation. Created using carefully selected ingredients including Belgian butter and Italian flour. Individually hand wrapped. Each red pompom is made by hand with 1 m of hand spun Piedmont merino wool.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, chocolate chips 19%( sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter (milk), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour- cocoa:47%min.), cocoa cream 13% (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder 3.5%, natural flavours, cocoa butter, stabilizer: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt), eggs, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), milk. Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, cocoa butter, salt.
