Vallebona Traditional Panettone with Wool Pompom 500g

Artisan panettone handmade by a small family producer based in Turin, using their secret family recipe that has been guarded and passed down from generation to generation. Created using carefully selected ingredients including Belgian butter and Italian flour. Individually hand wrapped. Each red pompom is made by hand with 1 m of hand spun Piedmont merino wool.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied orange and citrus peels (orange and citrus peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, preservative citric acid), fresh eggs, sultanas, butter (milk), sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), milk, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, glucose syrup, flavours, cocoa butter (milk), salt.
