Panettone from Gilber, filled with velvety Grappa crème pâtissière. Gilber is a distinguished artisanal bakery based in Turin, Italy, celebrated for crafting traditional panettone of exceptional quality. Drawing on decades of local baking heritage, Gilber hand-produces each loaf using natural sourdough, rich butter, and top grade ingredients.

Ingredients: wheat flour, grappa cream 25% (glucose syrup, water, sugar, vegetable fats (coconut, sunflower, cotton, safflower in var. prop.), sweetened egg yolk (of which 50% sugar, 50% egg yolk), distillated marcs 5% (40% volume), ethyl alcohol, preparation of powdered milk (skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, corn starch, whey powder, gelling agent: pectin, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides, flavourings, preserving agent: potassium sorbate), butter, milk, fresh egg yok, sugar, candied orange peel paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural leavening (wheat flour, water), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, salt, natural flavourings of orange.
